The Environmental Agency is one of the local government agencies Bantul Regency, which in charge preparing, implementing, supervising, controlling, and controlling all policies specific to environment Regency. This study aims analyze determine influence leadership style, organizational culture, job satisfaction on employee performance. research quantitative with primary data. While obtaining data, instruments that have been determined distribution questionnaires, checks, or checklists are used for respondents. a saturated sample where 105 employees entire population members. results showed style has positive significant effect performance, culture impact f test stated simultaneously affect performance
